Coco-Yogurt Parfait


1 Cup Coconut Yogurt (I find this at Whole Foods or Sunflower Market)
¼ Cup Homemade Granola or favorite brand
½ Cup Mixed Berries
½ tsp Flax Seed

Layer yogurt, granola and fruit, sprinkle with flax seed

This recipe makes a single serving.
