In
a blender add the following ingredients and blend until smooth.

Cups frozen Strawberries & Bananas
½ Cup Spinach
1 Cup coconut yogurt
1 Cup vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds

This will make 2 or 3 servings - depending on how much you share.
